Dealer Program

I. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Bridge Industries has been the #1 manufacturer of coffee carts and kiosks in Seattle for the past 10 years. Our reputation for offering the highest quality cart and highest customer satisfaction in the industry has been unequalled. We now are offering the opportunity to partner with Bridge Industries.

The Bridge Industry Authorized Dealer program is a chance for partners and their customers to tap directly into Bridge Industries extensive manufacturing and marketing resources. Successful Dealers generally include coffee and food industry distributors and marketing companies; however we are very open to other markets as well.

When a partner meets the requirements of the Authorized Dealer program they are entitled to special dealer only pricing on our extensive product line, work with our design team on custom products and sell directly to end users in their agreed upon market area.

Bridge Industries supports the dealer network with a variety of strategies to obtain quality leads and protection within their territory. Our support ranges from quality internet leads obtained from high Google ratings to public relations and promotions. Dealers will receive the lead contact information shortly after the lead has requested information from Bridge Industries.

There are basic requirements to being a Bridge Industries Authorized Dealer. Completely fulfilling these requirements will also go a long way to guaranteeing successful Bridge Industries sales.

Training

Each Bridge Industries Authorized Dealer must make its staff available to a Bridge Industries Representative for regular annual training. Additional training days during the year may be requested. These trainings are necessary to ensure that representatives are expert and consistent in their knowledge of Bridge Industries products as well as new products and opportunities.

1) Displays and Sales Tools

Bridge Industries Authorized Dealers must prominently and effectively display Bridge Carts on their website and/or a show room if available.

2) Marketing

You must have a current website with an acceptable Google rating that contains your current phone number and hours of operation.

You must also have a customer service representative available to answer phone calls during business hours.

3) Service after the sale.

You must be able to offer installation to the end user. This may be as simple as setting the cart up for them and showing them how every thing works or partnering with a qualified local contractor to do the installation.

4) Bridge Industries exclusivity

You may not offer a competing cart companies’ cart, display units or kiosks along with the Bridge cart.

II. PRODUCT OFFERING

Coffee and Beverage Carts/Kiosks

Standard Mobile Cart Models produced by Bridge Industries hold a quality of design unmatched in the industry. This series sets the standard in the industry for mobile carts. These carts are manufactured utilizing extruded aluminum chassis for lighter weight and greater strength with maximum mobility and full service equipment.

This line has all of the operational equipment required to meet local health department rules. These carts are 32” deep and have the same equipment found on our kiosk sized carts and can pass through most commercial sized doors.

Catering and Temporary Food Service Carts

Bridge catering carts are compact and very mobile. The carts are all 29" deep and have wing extensions that are supported with fold-out supports. All of the carts have customer choice laminate on vertical surfaces. Standard equipment includes pressurized bottle water system, waste water tank and 110 volt electrical system.

Wheels are either all swivels or a combination of swivel and rigid 4" with "total lock" brakes with options for larger specialty wheels. This configuration enables the cart to go through most doorways and even make the turns in an elevator. Some of our customers in the Espresso industry find this cart extremely effective for catered events.

Kiosk Beverage Style Carts

Larger Semi-Permanent Cart Models produced by Bridge Industries hold a quality of design unmatched in the industry. This series sets the standard in the industry for larger infrequently moved carts. These carts are manufactured utilizing extruded aluminum chassis for maximum strength, increased storage, and added selling surface and full service local health department required equipment. Kiosk sized carts may require double commercial sized doors for moving.

Storage Carts and Cabinets for Kiosks

Additional specialized storage units are added to existing main operating cart to form a kiosk layout to maximize storage and product exposure

Condiment Cart

Condiment carts are free standing units the maybe used independently or as part of a larger kiosk. The customer and operator access the same side and the unit may be placed against a wall to improve the flow of the kiosk. This is an ideal addition to fixed store front operations by moving the customer away from the ordering counter.

Specialized Kiosk Components

More than just an espresso cart makes all the difference in the world when you are dealing with high capacity work loads. We are flexible enough to add onto your cart/kiosk with side items to compliment the base work station at a custom level. Components may include Cash Register cart, Blender Drink Cart, Corner Carts, Dry Case Merchandiser and Corner Display Cabinets.

Hand Sink and Triple Sink Carts

Having Sink carts are complete free standing washing units. Both have complete water systems, waste water tank and hot water heater. The hand sink is mobile and has an approximate 27” X 27” foot print. The triple sink is capable of washing blender canisters.

Storage Cabinetry

Custom storage units configured to exact dimensions of the customer’s kiosk. These may include wall or elevated storage cabinets, as well as custom corner storage solutions.

Retail displays and cabinetry

We can manufacture custom designed display racks and mobile displays for virtually any market allowing you to diversify your customer base. These can be custom designed and branded by yourself or your customer.

III. MARKETING & SALES SUPPORT

We believe that utilizing your local contact network, local trade show presence and a high quality web site are the best methods of marketing your cart program.

When working with your local contact network we will provide you with a CD with a sales presentation, pictures of carts we have developed to integrate into your own presentation and cart / kiosk portfolio. We are your manufacturing arm so you should be very comfortable in presenting the finished solutions as your own.

When adding Bridge Industries to your web site we will provide you with the following:

  • HTML ready photographs of finished carts, kiosks and custom units ready for loading to your web site
  • Copy outlining the description, features and benefits of each unit for listing product on your site.

In addition to the web support we also provide the following:

  • Sales letters introducing the program
  • Sales presentations
  • Monthly Newsletter
    o Bridge Industries will keep you informed about the latest products, new sales custom opportunities and training programs, and other essential information of importance to your business with a monthly newsletter.
    o Brochures and help with mailers.

V. CUSTOMER FINANCING OPTIONS

We have partnered with Puget Sound Leasing for one alternative for your customers financing of their cart and Kiosk purchases. A little about PSL…

VI. DESIGN ASSISTANCE

On many occasions your customers will require local dictated modifications to our standard units. They may even need a custom unit created for them. For a nominal fee we can design a specific unit including drawings for your customers needs.

VII. PROPOSAL SUPPORT

When creating a proposal you will work directly with our General Manager to ensure that your customer has a detailed quality proposal to make their decision process an informed and easy to choose process.

VIII. TRAINING

We will work with your sales staff to ensure that they are fully trained on selling Bridge Industries Carts, Kiosks and custom programs. The following outlines our dealer program.

Curriculum
This user-friendly training session covers:

  • Custom products and how to create a proposal for them
  • Proposal writing
  • Web Development suggestions 
  • Expanding Business Opportunities
  • Targeting New Customers (“Thinking Out of the Box”)
  • Bridge Supplied Marketing Aids.
  • Operations Manual including replacement parts list available from Bridge.
  • Developing a Sales Presentation Book

IX. ANNUAL AGREEMENT

The Dealer agreement will be renewed annually based on prior year’s performance. The agreement can be discontinued by mutual agreement at any time.
